Returns and exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — whichever you prefer.
Change off mind
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, due to hygiene and safety standards.
Shipping issues
Once orders leave our dispatch centre, delivery is managed by one of our the shipping carriers - Aramex or Aus Post.
We are not liable for any delays, missing parcels, or shipping errors. However, we’ll always do our best to support you if you experience delivery issues.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout — we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
