All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

We ship via Australia Post and Aramex across Australia, and Australia Post for New Zealand orders.
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC
Standard Shipping — $7.95 For orders under $69 AUD.
Free Standard Shipping — orders over $69 AUD.
All domestic orders delivered in 2–8 business days depending on your location. Rural and regional addresses may take slightly longer.
NEW ZEALAND
Standard Shipping — $19.96 flat rate via Australia Post. Delivered in 5–10 business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $69 AUD.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Errors & Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once an order is handed to the carrier it is outside of our control.
We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or errors caused by the carrier, but we'll always do what we can to help resolve issues quickly.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — ONEYOU cannot replace or refund orders due to incorrect address input.
International Shipping
We don’t currently offer shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand, but we’re working on it.
