Developed by an Oral Health Therapist, ONEYOU tooth tablets are a dental-grade alternative to conventional toothpaste.
Each perfectly-portioned tablet delivers hydroxyapatite, xylitol and vitamins B6, C and E and naturally-sourced Sodium Fluoride from mineral deposits in Belgium.
One tablet replaces your daily squeeze of toothpaste. Chew, brush, spit. Done.

It binds to the tooth surface to help restore lost minerals and strengthen enamel.
Xylitol
A naturally derived sweetener found in plants.
Unlike sugar, it disrupts cavity-causing bacteria, reducing acids that damage enamel.
Vitamins B6, C & E
A vitamin boost for oral gum health support.
B6 supports gum tissue, C keeps gums firm, and E protects the overall oral environment.
FAQ
How do I use solid toothpaste tablets?
Place one tablet in your mouth and chew until it forms a smooth paste. Brush thoroughly for two minutes, then spit. Don't rinse — this allows the active minerals and vitamins to keep working on your teeth and gums.
Do the tablets contain fluoride?
Yes. Each tablet contains 1000ppm of fluoride — the level recommended by the Australian Dental Association (ADA) for adults and children 6+ to strengthen enamel and protect against cavities.
Is there a fluoride-free option?
Not yet — but we're working on it. A fluoride-free formulation is in development and will be available soon. Stay tuned.
How many times a day should I use the tablets?
Just like traditional toothpaste, we recommend brushing twice daily — morning and night — for optimal oral health.
Can children use ONE YOU toothpaste tablets?
Yes. ONEYOU tablets are safe for children 5+ years. We recommend supervising children under 12 to ensure they chew, brush, and spit correctly.
Are the tablets safe for people with dairy allergies?
Yes. Although hydroxyapatite can be sourced from dairy, our hydroxyapatite is suitable for those with dairy allergies.
Is the packaging biodegradable?
Yes! Both our 60 Pouch and individually wrapped travel tablets are 100% compostable.
